Why we don’t perform facial acupuncture and microneedling in the same appointment
It’s Intentional.
Microneedling creates a controlled response in the skin. Immediately afterward, the face is warm, sensitive, and temporarily inflamed.
That’s not when we want to add additional facial needling.
Instead, your microneedling appointment includes a full-body acupuncture treatment, while facial rejuvenation acupuncture is scheduled separately once the skin has recovered.
For patients who want the benefits of both approaches, we strategically alternate them.
