Acupuncture
- Private one-on-one Acupuncture treatment - In depth, restorative, 1 to 2 hour appointments depending on your individual needs. Might include, cupping, TuiNa, moxibustion, gua sha, heat therapy with TDP lamp and/or ear seed application 
- Community Acupuncture - Group setting, quick appointments, perfect for when you need a “pick me up,” feel like you are coming down with a bug or need a treatment but only have 30 minutes in your day 
- Auricular/Ear Seed Application - This is the benefit of acupuncture without needles. Quick (takes 10-15 minutes) and painless 
East Asian + Traditional Body Work
- East Asian Body Work - Encompasses Therapies Beyond Needles Like Cupping, Gua Sha, Moxibustion & Tui Na (aka medical massage) — This can be a stand-alone treatment 
- Traditional Massage with a licensed Massage Therapist - Can be a stand-alone treatment or coupled with Acupuncture, a Sauna Session or Foot Bath — You choose! 
Herbal Medicine
- Herbal Medicine Consult - Customized formulations specific to your condition. Can be a part of your private or community acupuncture session or can be a single consult (no needles, just herbs). 
Nutrition/Diet Therapy
- One-On-One Nutrition/Diet Therapy - Customized for your needs. Diet therapy utilizes Western Nutrition, Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda to address what to eat/drink for your condition be it weight loss, weight gain, gut healing, cleansing/detoxifying or chronic (or acute) types of illnesses. 
- Seasonal Cleanses - A simple reset based on the season according to the tenets of Chinese Medicine (TCM). 
Microneedling + Nanoneedling
- Microneedling + Nanoneedling - These treatments are more “aesthetic” in nature but can also be used to treat scars, hair loss and a variety of other health concerns. You’ll receive topical herbal serum to take home the day of treatment (free of charge). In addition, these treatments are combined with acupuncture and/or ear seed application depending on your needs. 
Movement
- Because Movement is Medicine - Yoga, Qi Gong, Tai Chi, Functional Fitness…one on one or in small groups.
