Welcome! Hendersonville Acupuncture Center is located in the heart of the Western North Carolina Mountains. We are committed to a holistic approach taking into account, the body, mind, and spirit of each individual while promoting healing through the use of acupuncture, Chinese herbs, nutrition and massage. We see only one to two patients per hour to insure that we deliver the finest most personalized treatment available in the Southeast.

The practitioners at Hendersonville Acupuncture are certified by the National Commission for Certification in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) in acupuncture and licensed in North Carolina.

Amanda Stierwalt, L.AC. after receiving her Bachelor of Science from Montana State University in Bozeman, Montana she obtained her Masters of Oriental Medicine from the International Institute of Chinese Medicine in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Upon graduation, she returned to her childhood home, Hendersonville, NC and briefly worked at the Chinese Acupuncture and Herbology Clinic in Asheville. Amanda opened her private practice in 2003 treating a wide variety of conditions: pain, women’s health issues, allergies, digestion disorders, autoimmune disorders, and sports injuries. She is committed to continuing education, always seeking to enhance the effectiveness of treatments.
